On behalf of the faculty and staff, I am proud to welcome you to Halfway Schools. 
        We have established a positive and supportive culture at Halfway and believe that community and family involvement is vital in the education of our students. Our District cannot perform at a high level without support and commitment from our community. It is evident throughout our district that we have a community which is eager to contribute to the success of our students.     
        We know that students learn best when parents and community members are actively engaged in our school. We want to assure you that we work together and are partners in developing well-rounded ​students who will be college or career ready upon graduation.  
        We have many things happening around the district in the coming months. The activity calendar located on our website is a good resource for specific dates and times of all
upcoming events. Halfway’s students and faculty put a lot of time and effort into preparing for these activities, and we hope that you will support our students by attending as many school activities as possible during the course of the school year.
     We are very proud of our students, faculty, and school. We work hard every day to continue the "tradition of excellence” which is expected at Halfway.
